Meet Cheyenne
4 weeks into the coaching Chey suffered an injury
So we mapped out a new plan so she could still move forward towards her goals
There is more to come from Chey as I know how ambitious she is
Iโm sure you will agree she looks amazing now but when she comes back from holidays we will be moving onto the next stage with performance goals
She is today on holidays more or likely sipping away on a cocktail ๐นa lot happier, healthier and fitter then when she was 12 weeks ago and now in great shape to put the bikini and going out clothes etc with more confidence

After 4 weeks of being on the programme I suffered an injury to my hand which meant that weight training was non-existent which meant cardio was pretty much my only option.. although Darren made it clear that nutrition is far more important and that it was more important to not hit the โf*** it button and use the opportunity to expand my knowledge around food and nutrition to help toward my goals.
If I hadnโt the support of Darren and his experience there is no way I would have continued and would have used my injury as an excuse to lounge around with no exercise at all along with all the takeaways known, but he and his team gave me the push I needed.
The educational talks that his team carry out are extremely valuable to help control your mind so that your mind doesnโt control you.
I would encourage anyone who feels like they are stuck in a rut and canโt get out of it to get in touch with Darren.
Happy to be over a stone down and in much better shape physically & mentally than I have been for some time.
Thanks again Darren!! ๐๐

Thanks for the kind words Chey ๐
